This was a final year project that I developed during my final year at University. The aim for this project was to create a grounded yet unique design for an industrial sci-fi ship using real life reference and inspiration to make it believable. The ship's purpose is to refine ore from mining facilities and create usable materials to deliver to manufacturers that order them. The end goal was to create an immersive piece showing huge size and scale of the refining ship and the larger docking bay on the mother ship that it resides in for repair and maintenance.
